A new student accommodation scheme is being built in Bath, and WysePower will be providing an array of temporary site services.
Site services include Mains Distribution to site welfare, tower cranes, hoists, and power and lighting to the site. Mains water will also be distributed throughout, servicing the welfare facilities and for use by wet trades on each level of the buildings.
“We’ve established a good relationship with Watkin Jones,” said Andy Roberts, Sales & Estimates Manager – Midlands & South. “We’ve previously worked with them on a number of projects in the South West, and this has gained us an excellent reputation for the delivery of temporary site services.”
The development will create 316 new Build to Rent homes on the Lower Bristol Road, Bath, which will consist of studios, one, two, and three-bedroom homes across two BTR buildings – 95 of these are classed as affordable. Alongside, will be the neighbouring PBSA site being delivered at the same time.
