Construction and development company Watkin Jones has once again hired WysePower to provide temporary power and services to their new site in Central Quay, Cardiff.

A residential scheme predominantly made up of student accommodation is being built by Watkin jones. There will be several phases on the four-year project, which will eventually result in a large-scale development.

“We’ve worked with them on several projects in the area and we have built a good relationship with them in regard to the service we provide at the tendering stage and on site,” said Andy Roberts, Sales & Estimates Manager for Midlands and South. “We respond quickly to their requirements. We get the information and we analysis it, we make it more value engineered and cost-effective for them and for us and we try to be as helpful as possible through the whole process. I think that goes a long way.

“It’s a great project for Bristol as a depot to be involved with, it helps us evolve in that region and helps the business grow in that area.”
